"Ms. Martini is an excellent teacher. She is very creative and patient and her students love her. My grandson never attended pre-school before entering the pre-k program and she made him feel right at home. He looks forward to going his 3 days a week and wishes he could go 5. I feel he'll be ready to advance to kindergarten now thanks to the wonderful teaching by Ms. Martini."

"Upper Pittsgrove School is a great school overall. I feel my children are in a safe and caring learning environment. The Music department is a big highlight, but I am not sure how I feel about the Computer or Art dept. The Child Study Team seems budget oriented, but not uncaring. As a parent with a little one at home, I do not feel welcome to participate in fun classroom activities, e.g. parties. The principal is caring and involved with the students. He is also very available to the parents. Other than a few mild complaints, I believe that my children are getting a good education and that the staff really care about the students."

"All of the former reviews are out of date this school has better technology, and teaching staff then many others, great programs, the state testings scores are higher then former, books are a bit older now but that might have something to do with funding, great school i enjoy/enjoyed learning here"

"They should teach the kids to learn not to to pass a state mandated test. This probably holds true for most schools but I only know this school."

"Parent of learning disabled (LD) child. School lacks its own child study team. County staff used, available in the school only 1.5 days p/w. No follow through by them. Teachers carry weight of helping LD children. There is a lack of support for teachers and lack of training in LDs. No set intervention programs for LDs other than speech & handwriting. Service providers for LDs (other than speech) are part time (2 days p/w). No behaviorist on staff, no student assistance counselor."
