"I have two Childern attending this school and can't wait to move them! This school is okay if your child don't the extra help. I have been trying to get help and it took me 3 months to make a appointment with this new Principal( 2 cancellations on her behave)..There are only a few good teachers (only by requested), they have no cross grads at all, and the only reason I rated with 3 stars is because of the few good teachers. This new principal seem too busy to meet with parents. Not happy at all with this school."

"My child attends Washington Elementary and has had the best teachers. Test scores from the CST are in with my child scoring Advanced in both Language Arts and Mathematics. The school looks nicer since the new principal came in. The principal is very friendly and approachable. The office staff is not as nice as the administration and teachers. My child participates in the after school program and it is wonderful. They have a school band and perform many recitals throughout the school year."

"School is ok, not the greatest. to get a real good teacher you need to request. The school principal seams to lean towards the latin community re: bilingual learning, which I belive takes away from the english speakers. The surrounding community is good, no observed crime. children appear happy and wear uniforms."

"I would like to see more after school programs available to the students. I think most teachers are working hard in teaching our children."

"The academic programs are hit and miss depending on the teacher you get (It is based really on who you know)."
