"I love this school. My son had the pleasure of attending there. The teachers are so great! My son adored his third grade teacher, Mrs. Bassett. She spent time with him and was great at helping us get on track. Thanks to this school and all it has done. Love It!!!"

"This school has continued to have low teacher child ratios even in tough times. Kindergarten classes have 16-19 students. They offer so much support for struggling students and enrichment for gifted students. Fantastic community support that seems to be growing."

"This school is above par and are devoted to the education of the children. I understand budget cuts but it is still difficult to supply our children with their school supplies. Often, my child has come home crying because they didn't have something they needed."

"Working together to be our best, Growing and learning is our quest is the mission statement recited daily at Moreland Elementary. It's a great place for students, parents & staff! Not only does the school day offer quality instruction with rigor and high expectations delivered by a highly qualified, creative & nuturing staff, it also offers extra activities such as Girl Power, M-Troop, EIP after school lab, Math Study groups, Academic Bowl, Art Club, Track, Chorus, K-Kids, Wildcat Assistants, 4H, SAFE program, Movie Night (PTO), Reading Night (PTO), & Stevi B's Night. Moreland is the complete package. In the six years my son has attended MES, there has never been a day that he has not wanted to attend. We are very proud to be a Moreland Wildcat!"

"I have three children that has attended MES, and one that is still there. My first two had a decent elementary school experience, but the one that is still there struggles constantly with reading. I have all but been told that there is nothing more that can be done to help my child. I am very disapointed with the decision that this school has made regarding my child. He needs extra help, and they won't give it to him. I would not recommend anyone send there child there if this is how they treat struggling students."
