"The teachers, students, administration and all the other people that help the school to run smoothly everyday are like family. When I sent my children to school I didn't have to worry about bullys, gang members, or a poor academic level. I knew they were getting the best academic and social skills in the area. They were preparing for college and life as an adult. I would recommend MCHS to anyone looking for a place to send their child to school. Kudos to MCHS for a lifetime of wonderful memories for my family."

"This was my high school. I had a wonderful time here--we had a football state championship in 2005, and our poms have had state championshiips for many years. We also have a good music program, and I hear that the band is growing! Our classroom work gave me all I needed to know to continue on to college as well! The teachers are extremely nice there, and I am grateful for their example. They don't just teach us academically, but they also teach us how to treat others through their example. Their kindness goes above and beyond what is required of them."

"I am a senior at MCHS and love it. The four block system is totally awesome. It has so many perks, one being the option to be P.E. exempt. This allows you to take other classes instead of P.E., as long as it is a core class. The teachers, staff, and administration here is great. They work for the good of the students. I really love all our sports. I know football is kind of over-dominating, but that is just part of being in a small town. I feel MCHS is lacking in something and that is the involvement of parents. I've talked to some parents and they have no idea what their student is taking as far as classes. They have the ability and option of looking online for their student's grades or classes. They can even call the counselors if they have questions."

"I am disappointed with the school. The high standards are disappointing There some very good teachers but there are some that should not be teaching. There has been a teacher there that has been there for a very long time and that person is ineffective and plays favortism a lot and they do not look at each child as an individual and others in ath adminstration fear him, Why Im not sure. I am very disappointed in the four block and it is not a good system for math .Your child may not have math for a whole year then you have the math the next year and the kids have to relearn the skill again. Im disappointed in the administration and it seem they are more interested in the football amd pom scores instead of the education score."

"The four block is not appropriate for all classes. Ninety minutes of P.E. every day is too much. I would prefer to see my child in a math, science, or language arts class during this time. Students need to have homework in the evening. I am needing to give my children extra math or reading in the evening because they are not being challenged."
