"George School is an incredible school for those looking to challenge themselves. However, like almost every other school, you get what you put into it. You can choose the difficulty of your classes, and it's tempting to opt for the easy classes and slide by. But if you really want to get the "bang for your buck", take advantage of the IB and AP programs. You will not only find really passionate teachers but you will also find out what you're capable of...and it's definitely worth it."

"I transfered to George School as a sophomore from my public school, it changed my life. You are treated as an individual, not just a number. The teacher relationships is truly remarkable considering many of them live with you in the dorms. I was a student who got good grades before coming to GS, but the teachers challenged me and questioned my values. This school changed my life because it re-invented learning for me. The faculty is inspiring and everyone including the grounds crew are a valued part of the community. I am so appreciative of my George School education because it has shaped my character into something I am proud of."

"I personally like it here. The community is welcoming and friendly, moreso than most other high schools. The academics are challenging if you would like them to be. Going here really can be life changing, in a good way. I suggest going here if you want a good, unique school experience. Totally worth the price!"

"I graduated from GS a few years ago and I say that it truly is a unique community unlike anything outside of it. The school community promotes openess of opinion and emotions. It is a great place to seriously realize who you want to be. I was able to learn to deal with people from different cultures around the wolrld. I can't imagine other high schools in the area that can provide that sort of environment. These social skills have helped me tremendously in assimilating to the world's society."

"Our son approached us at the end of his 9th year in our local public school and asked if he could 'check out' George School. He went through the admission process and was awarded a very generous scholarship which covered more than half of his tuition. What a wonderful community! Not only was our son welcomed, we as parents were too. The experience changed our entire family. Our son thrived at the school taking on leadership roles, getting involved in community service, and running some student clubs. The academics were challenging, but the class sizes were small and the teachers really cared. It was tough paying the tuition (even 50%) but it was worth every cent. He is attending college now and has carried over much of what he began at the George School. A strong, giving, confident, compassionate, and happy young man."
