"This school for me is one of the best schools in the bronx. I am currently a senior and i love my school, the faculty makes me feel welcomed and at home, someone is always available to help you. They offer a great variety of extracurricular activities and their academics are great."

"I was graduated from this school in 2007 and I am now in my second year of college, City College. Regarding to the person who said the school did not prepare him/her for college works, I think it really is not a truth... What I mean is it all depends on yourself, if you don't help urself in high school, nobody can help you. I think CCHS is pretty good, I took pre-cal, and some AP classes there, and I got 4's, where 5 is the highest. Faculty there are very very nice and helpful, and I had never been feeling unsafe in the school!! Love this school so much!!"

"At first I was upset that my child was accepted into Columbus. I wanted him to attend a small school, but now that he is in his second year at Columbus I must say I was misguided by its prior reputation. The Principal is fantastic with the children and the parents. My son is now being introduce to what he/she has to do in order to prepare for college and complete high school. I love the Academy set up they have at Columbus. It almost feels like a small school in a big school for my son and I. Keep up the good work Columbus."
