"I love the course options, especially AP Art History which I took this year. I have also really enjoyed the art classes, especially ceramics which was not only fun but really informative and was structured very well (the projects increased in difficulty). I am also looking forward to AP Chemistry next year."

"All of the teachers offer extra help either before or after school, which is really helpful for students who are struggling. One of my teachers, who I had both last year and this year for Computational Thinking and Physics, stayed until the school closed some nights to help students with projects! His course as well as my other classes were challenging and demanding (especially with the homework!), but the teachers always gave the help we needed. In addition, the teachers at Eleanor Roosevelt are all very knowledgeable in their respective subjects, and most teach advanced courses for smaller classes, such as AP classes or research courses. They are all very approachable, and I have had very good relationships with them over the years!"

"The teachers here try to do the best for the student. They are available for extra help and can even help with personal issues. Some teachers are biased, and play favorites, but for the most part they are helpful and knowledgeable."

"What makes Eleanor Roosevelt High School unique is the class sizes and the school size. Since it is a small school, everyone knows everyone else, and ends up fitting in one way or another."

"The education here is top notch! From textbook to laptop, the school provides a variety of resources to aid the students to better their education and prep them for college. One thing I do struggle with is the culture the most of the students have created. I can attend this school for 4 years and not no half the grade because the students have formed cliques and don't break those boundaries to make for friends. This happens because there are two types of students at this school, those who are rich and those who are not. This strongly creates a gap between students and makes bonding difficult. However, through years of putting up with this awkward, unspoken attitude, I've learn that it is really not a big deal and one can live through not knowing everyone."
