"We had a horrible experience with one of the first grade teachers. There were way to many problems at this school. The principal was very laid back and some of the teachers were out of touch. They denied many problems, such as bullying. They gave a citizenship medal to a child who was bullying other students and who said he was in a gang. My special needs child missed lunch not once but twice. When I confronted the staff about my child not getting a lunch, one staff member rudely said that my son ate a lunch. I had to show proof on the school's website that his lunch card was not swiped on that day. Also, I would've liked to see more writing throughout the year. At the end of the year, my son's writing journals were basically blank. There were way too many word searches coming home. I would've liked to see more projects or creative work. The exact same writing assignment came home four different times. It seems as if the bare minimum is done and nothing more. Moving my child out of this school has been the best decision that I've ever made. On a positive note, the kindergarten teacher was amazing! After that, move your child to another school asap!"

"I went to this schhol as a child. Now my children have been there. This is a small town school with small personable classes. The teachers are very knowledgable and love to interact with the kids. They seem to make learning fun."
