"They now have a Mandarin Chinese immersion program. While it may be great for those in the program, it has created a division within the school. The half in the Chinese program do not associate with those not in it. It is really pretty sad. We opted not to enroll in the program for various reasons but my 2nd grader has only 3 boys he plays with at school. Even still, I am glad he is not in the program. We will use a boundary exception and move schools if it gets any worse."

"This school historically is a difficult school for new students. Many parents with children in the school express problems with cliques and bullying. Many former and current students express the same problems. I am actively searching for a better school for my children."

"Uintah is a good solid school with a lot of parent involvement. The PTA is very strong as well as the Community Council. The administration and teachers are supportive and helpful."

"Good school! Many very good teachers and programs. Certainly should be considered one of Ogden's better schools."

"We love the artist-in-residence programs, the choir, the space camp program and so much more! The parents are really involved, the teachers are great and the principal is hands on too."
