"I LOVE IT! The principal is always helping around very friendly. The teachers are awesome. The school always clean and the students really polite. They have a secure system to take care the kids before and after school. 100 points for Aloma Elementary School."

"I went to Aloma Elementary School for first grade in 1967. The school was brand new then. For the first part of the year we were in portable classrooms in a field to the left of the school. My teacher was Mrs. Anderson. She was or had been nominated for Teacher of the Year. She got us interested in reading right from the start. I'm sure the school has changed since then, but I credit Aloma Elementary and Mrs. Anderson to getting me off to a good start. I didn't stop school until 1988 when I received my Masters degree."

"MY children recently started attending Aloma. The school is currently getting a long overdue makeover and I am looking forward to next years improvement. Overall the school is above average due in large part to the principal Dr. Hawkins. The kids that attend are from a variety of ethnic groups. The teaching staff has room for improvement. Not satisfied with the science program. The gifted program is wonderful. The teacher has been there for over 7 years and is motivated. Parents at this school are not as engaged so the PTA has room for improvement. On a scale of 1-10 i would give it a 7."

"I have had all 3 of my children at Aloma. 2 of my children have autism and the school went over and above to accommodate them. 2 have since moved on to other schools but, the youngest is in 4th and loves school. This school offers wonderful music programs and has a large number of parental volunteers. I highly recommend this school. The teachers and staff are wonderful!"
