"Oyster Bay School has not been a good experience, I would have to say that they focus more on discipling children rather than teaching. There attendance at the school must be horrendous, because all they do is stress if your not in school after so many absences they will fail you. Detention also seems to be there favorite word. Living a nightmare in Oyster Bay."

"Besides the overall involvement of the parents and dedicated Teachers much of the attention of the past few years has been from Dr.Ohara the principal. He is involved from greeting students outside in the morning, working with them above and beyond what I've known principals to do during the day,to spectating the afternoon sports activities. The grades are so small that most of the students have siblings or know each other from 7th grade to 12th.They seem to look out for each other."

"The Oyster Bay High School and school district in general, is amazing. We have relatively small classes, many programs and a staff that caters to the children while making sure that every child gets the education he/she deserves. We are getting an increase in the number of private school children attending our schools because the word is getting out!!! You can't beat the education and the small community feel of this school."

"Academically, Oyster Bay prepares students well for college. They give them a good heads up for what to expect in college as well as what to do to get into the school of their choice."
