    "my child just completed kindergarten with Mr. Lindoff, he is hands down the best kindergarten teacher at the school. He communicates great with parents, he is patient and discourages bullying by not having classroom favorites. he is fair, treats all the children the same and is compationate to children with leaning disabilities or behavioral problems. I hope next year we will be just as lucky"

    "The office staff is THE BEST! Thank you ladies up front. You make everyone feel so welcome!!!! I came from out of state and have to say, California schools are lacking in enrichment opportunities. No ART, No Music, No language, It's really bad. The kids are barely in school and have early dismissal once a week, two week spring break, three week Christmas break. The class sizes are crowded (32), I am not sure if my child is learning anything. The pick up and drop off is a joke, and there is a false sense of security by having the children locked in school. This frightens me more than my child not learning. Maybe for the Antelope Valley area this school is good but I am not impressed with the entire package."

    "Esperanza Elementary is an excellent school. The teachers and staff are dedicated. Our principal is very hands on. I am very satisfied with my son's teacher. Teacher student ratio is a little high but that is because Esperanza is a top choice school! I volunteer in my son's classroom to help his teacher make her job a little easier. The PTA is excellent and lots of parent involvement. I am proud to be an Esperanza Golden Eagle! The students, staff, parents, and teachers makes this a great school."

    "My son has been going to Esperanza since Kindergarten. We could not be happier with all the teachers he's had. Ms. Milley for Kinder, Ms. Norton for First, and Ms. Galaviz for second. I've been very involved with PTA at this school and can not express how good and active they are. Unfortunately, we'll have to move away and we'll miss EVERYONE at this school. Thank you Esperanza family for wonderful 3 years. We'll miss you :("

    "I do like this school, truthfully its been half good and half bad. When my child was in Kinder she had a great teacher, she would love the help of parents coming in to help. I helped out pretty regularly. From the start my child was a bit of a handful in class but towards the end she completely transformed which I credit her teacher for that. Now, first grade is another story, her teacher, Ms. Chavez, is not very active with parents. Communication is slim to none unless your child is behaving poorly. Otherwise, she does not request the help of parents very often, she has another mom from a student 4 years ago to help her out. I don't know about other parents, regardless of your child's behavior, I would like to know. I would like for the teacher to try to get to know me, or at least give me the opportunity to get to know them.There is also a thing she does which is called "Top Dog" , my child tells me there are kids who are mean to some students because they are NOT "Top Dogs. Obviously, it encourages first graders to be bullies already. Overall I am very unhappy with this teacher."
