"For now on we're Very happy wirh the school. It's organized and clean. We got a wonderful kinder teacher. The approach with the staff is easy. Most of the parents are involved at school activities like parties and field day/trip. The principal does a good job!"

"My 3 kids have all been Challenger Eagles! One still remains at the school and we love it! From the office staff, to the prinicipal and teachers, my husband and I have always been met with caring words and dispositions. In fact, I had a niece who had to suddenly stay with us for a year. They were so very helpful with getting all of the necessary pieces put in place so that she would not miss out on any classroom time. Also, I remember when Hurricane Katrina devastated Lousiana & Mississippi. This school led the way with being a conduit for kind acts donations. My family loves this school and all that it offers. In fact, it just earned Recognized rating from the Texas Department of Education again!"

"Our kids went to Challenger for 2 to 3 years. They are now in an IB program in HISD and the educational gap/expectations is huge. They were making straight A's at Challenger and have had a hard time transitioning to the higher standards of IB. Part of the issue was a parent who should have been more involved. However, the systme was also failing the kids by giving them straight As with no understanding of math and language art basics. Pearland system is below an acceptable level. This would never be tolerated at the IB program. They identify issues and work to resolve."

"I have two kids enrolled at Challenger, and they love it. They both have great teachers and are so excited to get up in the morning and go to school. I am so grateful for the staff at Challenger."

"This school lacks strong supervision. The overall attitude is negative. There are some great teachers, especially in Kindergarten and 1st grade, but the negative attitude is pretty much school wide. Staff seems on the defense with parents"
