"This school is excellent. My daughter is now a freshman and attended South for 7th & 8th grade. My son is there now. Great teachers! When my daughter was struggling in her classes, they went above and beyond to help her. The office staff is very friendly and the principal calls the students by name when she talks to them in the hallways. This really impressed me when I was at the school volunteering duirng the school day. I would highly recommend South to any parent worried about their child starting junior high."

"South is great school i attened it both 7th and 8th grade. The teachers are awesome, the clubs are fun the sports teams have great coaches. The only down side is that we have a dress code that doesnt allow alot of freedom on students, we must wear belts, collared shirts, and shirts must be tucked in. Jacketshave to be solid colors, and we must wear dress pants or skirts. Over all though south rocks!"

"This is my childs first year in Pearland ISD and I give Pearland Junior High South the highest rating there is. I am so impressed with this school I'm mad at myself for not putting my child here a long time ago. The curriculum is top of the line, my child is really learning a lot. My child loves the school. The teachers are great and the staff as a whole goes beyond the call of duty to make sure the kids are safe. If you want your child to be educated properly, send them to Pearland South. The school is also new and very clean, I really feel at ease at Pearland South."

"PJHS is a great place to learn and i enjoy all of my classes. The teacher are great and so it the food. The school looks really expensive to me."
