"This school lacks the leadership needed to be successful in all accounts. I knew the test scores were low but as my district school, I was left with little options. The principal is 'too busy' to be informed, therefore parents aren't informed. She lacks the drive needed to motivate the teachers and to achieve excellence in the students. With the exception of Ms. Johnson in the main office and Ms. Nichols in the guidance office, the front staff is a laughing stock. This is my daughter's first and last year at this school and if not closed down altogether, I recommend the principal be removed as she is not an appropriate 'leader' for the 'Young Leadership School for Girls' as they so proudly claim."
