"This school is very nice and the teachers are very helpful and nice. The school in itself is good but do not like riding on school buses. The school buses smell and always arrive late. when i walk to school I am always on time and never come to school late. The teachers are glad to help every students but the bully problems in this school need to be fix. Otherwise students will end up getting transfer to another school. This school is clean and nothing much from a normal school. These are the up and downs of this school."

"There are good reasons why so many parents of kids in the boundary area of Levering, have transferred their children to Cook-Wissahickon. When leadership is lacking or very poor, as it has been at Levering, the lowest common denominator takes over, from staff to students, and even parents. Behavior problems in the classrooms are out of hand. Even with such a small school population, bullying still occurs. This definitely affects the achievement of the students. Levering has less than 60% overall of its students test at the Proficient or Advanced levels on the PSSA, whereas Cook-Wissahickon has nearly 80% do so. Both schools have nearly identical demographics. Parent involvement is much better and stronger at Cook-Wissahickon. At Levering the Home and School elects itself, and cares more about raising money and being in the spotlight than actually supporting the teachers and kids. The senior staff at Levering also discourage parents from getting too close."

"School curriculum standards are very low and the school doesn't challenge an average student. The teacher's quality of teaching is just average, however they will spend their own time (detentions;afterschool) to tutor and help students in need. School prep classes are low and the school population is only 200. Parent association is also a bit in trouble (from rumors). Budget planning for school is not satisfying. Two best teachers in that school are Mrs.Hicks and Mrs.Brown (English and Algebra teacher). They push students to their limit, in understanding their true knowledge and how help students discover how far their intelligence can take them. However we lost those teachers because of their recent promotion, now Levering is left with no honorable/excellent teachers. Best teacher in that school so far is Mrs.Hart, however she is teaching the wrong subject (Social Studies)."
