"The information stated in a review regarding a BGHS security monitor is completely untrue. Those types of allegations are reckless, irresponsbile and inappropriate. The Phoenix police investigation yielded absolutely no evidence to suggest anything but an unfortunate and terrible accident. As a community we want to focus our efforts and thoughts to a complete and speedy recovery. The school remains a safe and caring place for learning."

"I am a proud Bulldog parent with a senior and freshman sons in this school. I am very proud that the school has finally earned the A+ School of Excellence . The principal, teachers, counselors, staff members and students really worked hard in achieving this rating. I owe it to this school why my senior son is so focused and inspired to be successful. I am glad that they not only nurtured his intelligence, I acknowledge that they have helped him to be a good and responsible citizen as well through their various clubs, sports and activities, His teachers did not only focused in teaching their syllabus, they were also caring and inspiring . I look forward to another 4 years with BGHS."

"I attended Goldwater all 4 years of high school. I never personally cared to attend any of the school events (e.g. homecoming, prom, sports games, etc.) but they were always widely encouraged, and always available. The principal is proud to be a part of the school, and he often goes around the campus and supervises things such as lunch, occasional classroom visits, and the likes. The teachers are great, and in almost all cases they treat the students with respect. So long as the students do the same. The teachers make sure they remain appropriate in the classrooms, but they still understand that their students aren't grade school children. They know that the kids learn better in a fun, but stern environment. My favorite teachers (also the ones i learned best from) were the ones that weren't afraid to joke around, and have fun. They still taught plenty, but they didn't just teach from the textbook, and they didn't maintain an air of absolute seriousness at all times. The schools got a lot of great teachers, wonderful curricula, and a wide range of options for students to pursue. I may not have attended a lot of events, but i'm proud to have been a Goldwater Bulldog."

"I am proud to say I have been a part of an A+ School of Excellence. Recently returning to BGHS as an employee (I am alumni) has been an incredible experience. The students are amazing young adults, the staff is caring and professional and the community has accepted me with open arms. It's a great experience to come to Goldwater every day and I look forward to helping th students whenever they walk in my office."
