"Desert Trails is a wonderful school. The kindergarten teachers are magical and my son has had a great year. He can't wait for school to start. If you are looking for a school where the teachers care about the kids, and the principal is involved- this is the school."

"My children love this school. We've been here for 4 years, and have found the work to be challenging and not sent home to be done. Our daughter has enjoyed choir and the performances. These teachers and principal are at school functions, have other family nights and make school fun. The principal keeps parents informed and the kids love her. We are very happy here."

"I am surprised that the School Board has allowed this administration to stay. Many families are using school choice to leave this school. The teachers are very good especially in lower grades."

"Lower grade teachers are great, higher grades leave a bit to be desired. Definitely not preparing the kids for middle school."
