"My daughter went to kindergarten here. She had an older teacher (who I won't name) who was very "gruff" in her demeanor, both with students and parents. My husband and I both found her to be difficult, but we were pleased with the progress our child made in this school."

"Our school is a wonderful place for our children to be educated. Security is excellent and all educational opportunities are well above the other public schools in the area!"

"I really don't think Pikeville Elementary is all it's cracked up to be. Academically, I don't see that it has been any more challenging for my child than her previous school and there is a lot more peer pressure here. I agree with a previous parent, it seems as if the child's parent isn't a dr. or lawyer then they aren't important. We are changing schools this coming school year. Pikeville Elementary isn't what we thought."
