"West Liberty's Staff and Volunteer's take the time to encourage the children to be the very best they can be. There is never a barrier or border that needs to be crossed. My children LOVE going to school which is absolutely rare in this day. I never have to worry about their safety or happiness. They are in their second year and I wouldn't want them to go to elementary school anywhere else!"

"Upon attending a visit to West Liberty and meeting the 3rd grade Autism teacher Mrs Paal. I made my dissension right then and there that my child would be attending West Liberty this Fall. My daughter had the pleasure of meeting all her future classmates, teachers, Aids, the principle and so many more. The tore of the school was very nice. My daughter cant wait to attend. She loves it..My husband and I are very satisfied and pleased with the school. Finding a good school for our Autism daughter means more then anything to us. Wanting her to be happy were she's going and making sure her safety is secured and the education skills of teaching autism children are up to standards is what a parent of a autism child looks for. West Liberty rates very high with that score. Thank you, LaVerne Romanelli"

"I love our school because the teachers and staff go above and beyond to help the students. The PTO does a fantastic job in putting some fun into the learning process as well. My son has shined here and is extremely happy to go to school. Our personal experience has been nothing but positive for him as a student and myself as a parent. It is easy to get to know the staff and they make us feel welcome and encourage involvement. West Liberty Elementary K-5 exceeded my expectations and I say that from the bottom of my heart. Our school rocks!"

"This school is an excellant choice if you must live within the Pittsburgh City limits. I have 2 children that attend, both get excellant grades and the teachers are very helpful when something comes up that they need help with. It is a very nurturing environment, the teachers are creative in offering interesting coursework. Unfortunately I am not sure how well the school will be able to fare after some of the inner city students get transferred, time will tell."
