"The teachers are extremely understanding (at least from my experience). I've had some friends who would complain about their teachers being intolerant but I've never personally had any issues with teachers except for maybe one or two. But even then the issues I've had were so minor I barely remember them. I feel that as long as you are willing to respectfully go to the teacher and voice your concern they will show the same respect back to you and give you their understanding. They are also very very intelligent people who have had a lot of real life experience that are ridiculously impressive which adds to their credibility when they teach. Most of them have a good sense of humor and is very good at creating the balance between having fun and being academically challenging/informative."

"The teachers are very kind and hard working. More than 3/4s of them I'd say got an incredible education and went off to do amazing things with their careers before settling down as a teacher. No matter what the subject was, they all pulled in real life examples and applied hem to what we were learning. They managed to challenge us by forcing us to explore the gray areas in places that can be easily mistaken to be black and white. The work is absolutely manageable. I personally did not do well in high school because of my personal lack of motivation because of my personal problems. It wasn't even because I couldn't handle it, because I know I definitely could. The scheduling was annoying. All the classes I wanted to take were classes that I had to get a certain average in the previous class to get into. Which annoyed me because sometimes the reason why I didn't do so well in a previous class was due to my disinterest in it, and I absolutely knew if they gave me a chance to take the classes I wanted to take I would have done better. The teachers do, however, give many extracurricular opportunities for those who ask for it."

"The science department, especially Biology needs a lot of work in terms of improvement and teaching"
