"Friendships are what hold that barrier together in a school that's ok. My friends have made my high school experience the best I've ever had. What's unique about this school is how diverse it is. It's one of the most multicultural places I've ever seen. I would still choose this school if I could do it over again, because all my memories and best experiences have come from my friends and teachers (well some of them). This school, no matter how much it lacks, will always be my home"

"The teachers care about the students' futures, ideas, and personal lives as well. There can be moments when we feel like they pay too much attention to one student more than others. Their grading is usually always fair but they sometimes tend to not grade things that can make that difference. Their teaching styles Are interesting but they carry a monotonous time that tends to have students falling asleep."

"Despite some of the teachers not being the best and classes not being the most interesting, it is a great school. There are good groups to join and they encourage students to get involved in sports and even allow students to make their own clubs. I met a lot of wonderful faculty who introduced me to people and opportunities that set me on a good path to college. I even met my best friends at that school and I wouldn't trade that experience for anything else. If i could do it all over again, I still would choose Westchester."

"A good amount of the teachers at the school seem to really care about what they do as well as the students, but most of the teachers seems to just make sure they say the material and assign work and do the bare minimum of what their job requires. They don't really engage students or make the classroom environment a good place for open discussion, nor encourage students to really learn the material to the fullest extent and be apply it to the real world."
