"This school was nothing less than extraordinary. I graduated in June 2007. The experiences and education i recieved from PMWHS is something i cherish on a daily basis. the staff is nothing short of outstanding, from the hall monitors to the athletic coaches, to the individual classroom teachers. Another review i read stated that the teachers let the students run the classes. this is true in a way, but not in the negative light it has shed on it. the teachers provide the opportunity for students to move at their own paces. they teach the material and assign work. some students need extra attention, which i can assure you, they are not denied. all in all, this school impacted me in very good ways. i'll never forget my days at PMW, and i'm proud to be a panther!"

"its a great high school with a highly diverse population. plus they have Zone Property, a musical group whose skills and talents are highly commendable."

"I am now entering West as a senior and I can honestly say this school is great. There are pros and cons, but what school doesn't? If one is concerned about their education then this school is for them. West offers many different electives that can give you a taste into each different subject before stepping into college. Along with the electives, 3 different levels of performance for each class is offered so each child can have the same oppritunity to graduate with decent grades. Sometimes problems arise, but it's not a bad school. And as one review said, it's not all about the after school activities. It's a well rounded school. West offers way more than any other school around, both class and activitiy wise."

"I had such high hopes comming to High School, but west settles for mediocricy. They don't push their students to strive and the teachers let the students run the class. I can't wait to get out of West."

"I graduated from West in June, and I can honestly say that I loved going there. The school recieves such a bad reputation for events that can happen, (and do happen) in any other school in America. I can say that I There are some kids in the school that make it bad for everyone else...and I think that every school has those kinds of kids. There is nothing you can do about it, so if you just make your high school career memorable by surrounding yourself with amazing friends, maintain good grades and join other clubs/activities/sports/...you should have no problem at"
