"I am honestly shocked that this school ranks "9" from this website. The only good things about PHS is the teachers and the school resource officer... The administration is rude to students, rude to parents, and in many cases rude to teachers. Even the office staff is impolite and condescending. The campus is disgusting, and even the thought of using the restrooms was quite disturbing. The cafeteria is small and has no good food. Do your children a favor and never send them to this school. There are far better choices in Prescott."

"I am a student. First i'd like to say i'm very sure before this year, no real problems (unlike what this person has to say below) have ever happened. The teachers are excellent! I know that they don't very much care for the administration, but that strengthens the student teacher bond. I love the school other than the new policies like the ID policy where we have to wear our ids at all times. The new fence that looks not inviting at all, and other meaningless codes to follow. I understand that children need to be safe, but why, why in gods name did they have to close the campass, put thousands of dollars in a bandroom that the students don't need and if students need it then have a limit to the amount of students able to join that class. Well most schools have litter, but its not that much of a problem. The schools overcrowded because no other highschool is available. If people have such a problem with this school. Put money into a fund to make another school! I understand times are tough. I doubt that students will or want to go anywhere else, but all schools have their flaws. I know that this school has little of them. Thats all I have to say on the hate comments below."

"The worst two years of my life. With very few exceptions, the teachers don't care about their work or students. The school is over crowded. The teachers and students don't like the administration and it shows. Do your child a favor and find a different school."

"My daughter currently goes to PHS and this is the most horrible school she has ever gone to. Majority of the staff in the front office are way to condensidning, and do NOT listen to what the parent or student has to say. The school is way to tiny for all of the students. and its trashy. You walk onto campus and there is trash everywhere! it is not well taken care of. This school also seem to 'specialize' certain students, which is not right what-so-ever. All students should be treated the same. And some of the students who break rules will get into trouble, when other students will just get away with it. its my daughters senior year this year, and she will not be graduation from this school. The only good experience we have had at this school has been the science teachers!"
