"This school continues to grow and strengthen! You should check it out! The enrollment numbers continue to grow and I as a parent feel good about where things are going. We are growing in the most effective way...slowly to build a strong foundation."

"In the 2010/2011 academic year we really thought things were going well at the school. However, as another person has put, the Prinicpal who had been a valuable member of staff for almost 7 years disapeared into thin air. The Principal was the sole reason for implementing Project Child although many senior members were against the program. He increased student role to over 80 children - a first at the school! It is interesting to read what the new Principal has put in the April comments - what did the old Principal do wrong if the school still uses the same program!!!!!! IReports are stating that numbers are as low as 36 students - Why if before the old Principal left were they an all time high? Go to this school with real caution and open eyes and ears. A former concerned parent."

"We left this year, due to constant changes, loss of a good Principal and a church that has no idea how to educate. We are better off now!"

"Indeed we had two Interim Principals during the past two years as we searched for the most qualified person to lead the School. Good Shepherd is a special place where we respect the dignity of every child, challenge our students and welcome all faiths. During this interim period most of our parents have supported our decisions. But, most important is that the education of our students continued in excellence thanks to our dedicated teachers and a supportive governing body. Also important is that during this period we have placed the School on sound financial footing. Another major change last Fall was the adoption of the innovative Project Child concept of education. We are the only school in Charlotte County to utilize this progressive hands-on method that overwhelmingly has produced excellent results. Speed was never our main selection criteria and now, after an exhaustive search, we welcome our new Principal who comes to Good Shepherd with 20 years elementary school experience, including 8 years leading a private K-8 school."

"In less then 3 year going on 5th principal at school. Church does not listen to parents. Only hears what they want to hear. To many hypocrites!!!"
