"The teachers at Rancho Bernardo High School consistently go above and beyond for their students. Naturally, there are some teachers that are better than others, but I would say ninety-nine percent of the teachers are qualified, competent, and genuinely care about their students. Because of the teachers and staff at Rancho Bernardo, I love coming to school everyday and going to class. My school's teachers and staff have made all the difference in my high school experience inside and outside of the classroom. In fact, our teachers put on funny skits and dances at assemblies and even perform with our school's Varsity Dance team in "Dancing With the Teachers." The teachers are all great and have great personalities to match."

"There are a handful of teachers that express their passion for the taught subject and are infectious. I had the most amazing experience in AP Biology and truly loved learning and experimenting all year. Most teachers can tell if you are taking the class seriously and they really try to foster and develop that interest passionately while not letting the others fall behind. They have a way of knowing who really cares to invest themselves academically. All teacher are GREAT at communicating via email and will respond quickly to students!"

"Part of what makes this school unique is that many students have been in the district since kindergarten and there is a sense of unity and camaraderie. As a result, we are supportive of each other and truly try to boost each other through group projects, study groups, helping with homework through Skype, etc. I don't believe I could find this as easily at another school. I believe Poway Unified is strong as a whole, but RBHS has mastered student cohesion and support."
