"Overall, I have had a good experience at this school, but nothing too notable to say that it is an amazing school."

"Most teachers I have had are pretty good, but not all of them are. The bad ones just give busy work and the environment in which they teach is very lax which doesn't help the student grow."

"The teachers at La Sierra have influenced my opinion on our school due to their caring for their students to succeed. Most teachers format their lessons in a way that allows their students to take notes, which is my main way of studying. As an AVID student, it is important for me to effectively understand the lesson. The teachers at my school are quite knowledgeable of the subject and answer every question a student may ask. Throughout my four years there, I have had good relationships with all of my teachers. They have all been approachable and have been able to help me with any questions. Overall, my teachers haven been consistent with their grading and update our grades every week."

"My experience at La Sierra has been the best high school experience. Our school spirit can be expressed at pep rallies or at athletic events. I am prepared for college, partly due to the AP and honors courses that have guided me to challenge myself academically these four years. Our diversity at school allows us to partake in a variety of clubs and organizations from French Club to Feminist Club that allows every students to become involved at our school. Everyone has the opportunity to succeed and make a difference. Becoming Homecoming Queen broke the stereotype of the most popular girl in school winning the crown. La Sierra has thrown me tribulations and blessings in the spoan of four years, but I would not have attended any other school."

"La Sierra high School overall is an okay school. Some teachers there seem like they really care, but most i feel are just there because it's their job to be. It is very difficult to get help from a teacher when they don't give you the time of day when you really need it. Also, some teachers make it look like it's the students fault for not getting help or getting work turned in but in some situations it is the teachers."
