"Roosevelt High School is the worst performing school in Nassau County. I would advise any parent to send their child else where if they can or to private school."

"i am not a critic but i deffinately think that with the taxes that us parents have to pay here in roosevelt we can offord to have one of the best high schools in the country. our money is not being utilised in the manner to benefit the one it is supposed to (our kids) we pay for our children's education, where is the money? what is the budget? lack of organization on the part of those in authority."

"Roosevelt, as well as other towns in L.I., need more than one high school in the district, that offer diverse courses such as vocational or trade, specialties such as computers culinary, cosmotology. The administration should get tips from city schools. There high schools offer just about everything under the sun, performing arts, culinary, law enforcement, computers, nursing, electronics. Sorry Boces can't be the alternative."

"I think this is a quality school. I just moved to the area and am pleased with the services my son has been provided with. I am looking forward to when I can enroll my other kids at Roosevelt."

"The teacher has to have as much interest as student and parents. If not you don't have the unity needed to educate. A smart teacher will tell the student the information and how to obtain more information on thier own. Don't just teach them, teach them how to learn."
