"This school has been wonderful, I have a child in special Ed and two in the regular classroom, all have had a great year! My child has been given every service he needs and I didn't have to fight for it! Parent involvement is encouraged and I love spending time in the classrooms helping! We love it here!"

"I love this school! For years I put my children in other schools because of the ratings this school got on here - we had to put our kids in this school this year because we could no longer afford the gas and tuition of the other school, they have been here all year and we love their teachers! My son is in the special ed program here and they have been nothing but helpful, they really care about their students, and they really want them to succeed. This is the first year I didn't have to go through miles of red tape in order for my son to get the help he needed - they jumped right on board. They have great teachers- absolute GEMS! 5 stars - I only wish I didn't throw our money away these last few years driving all the way to another school."

"I have two daughters who attend this school and both teachers have been great! Both teachers have a established a good line of communication and have been attentive to our daughters development. The office staff are always helpful and positive. This school is always coming up with ways to get the children to read more!"

"I have two children that go to Double file trail and I am not impressed. The pace at which the students are taught is not at all what I expected. When my child started kindergarten she was expected to know everything on a first grade level. The basics were not taught and considered something that the student should already know coming in. I was under the impression that kindergarten is where the basics are supposed to be taught. I have noticed that some students who were here last year, did not return this year. And yes, they do tend to make you feel like your not helping your child succeed enough. I am definately displeased and am looking for another school to send my children too. When you speak up about something that you don't agree with, your child is blacklisted and treated badly later. not a high rated school."

"Abby Duffy is precious and truly loves the children - she's the principal. My only complaint would be the assistant principal. She'll rub you the wrong way. But she and Duffy were longtime friends and I suspect that's why she's got the job. For the most part the teachers are kind and loving. You'll hit one or two along the way that will make you wonder how they ever got into a job that involves children... but it's only a couple. It's rated exemplary - probably b/c they re-zoned the school district. But all in all, it's worth planting your kids in for their entire elementary education. Now my kid is in 5th, it's our last year. We'll miss it."
