"it all depends on who is the teacher and the student, if they are engaged then it's rated 5 dots, otherwise i have learned a small amount in my past four years academically, sociably, people are rude and lazy."

"Mainly athlete parents show most support for their kids, and especially band parents. But mostly parents don't care, or show that they care by engaging in their students school, extracurricular activities, or academics. As far as i know, we don't even have a PTA/PTO, also the only time i hear about parents not agreeing with judgments of teachers and administrators."

"I feel as though nowadays our teachers just want us to pass and don't really dwell on topics or if they do, it isn't engaging. Most students zone out, play on their phones, sleep, or talk while the teachers teach, which is rude. Most teachers hand out papers we can find answers online, rather worksheets that force us to retain what was taught in class. I am taking AP and have had "regular" classes in the past and both handout homework that could be found online, I'm not saying I'm not guilty of copying down answers, I'm pointing out I'd rather not have that option. As far as tutoring goes teachers are okay on being in their rooms when i needed assistance, just got to get past the wall of human flesh that is administration asking where i think i am going. My teachers are, personally, friendly and fun to talk to."

"Most teachers at Royse City High School are very engaged in their teaching. Just about every teacher I've had throughout high school has shown students that they care about how well their students are doing. They've provided time before and after school to help students catch up with their work or to come in for additional help. Most teachers provide hands on activities to help us learn better. They try their best to make this high school the way students prefer it. They help create clubs and activities that the students would be interested in."

"People are offended by every little thing, people are getting drunk and high during school, and majority of the school's population is lazy, while a few actually do their work. We have alot of LGBT students and loads of Hispanics, with some whites and African Americans. Alot of pack, group of friends."
