"I love Coronado Middle School! Everyone is so involved and the teachers are great. We even just got a new pool so its nice to workout in a cool pool on a hot day."

"I like the focus placed on character education and the facilities are excellent. However, academic standards can be inconsistent. Some teachers have established a superior learning environment but the quality of instruction can vary significantly from classroom to classroom. Hopefully, the new administrators will promote a faculty-wide culture of excellence."

"This is my son's second yr. I have met the Principal, Vice Principal. the school Counselor, Nurse and most of the office staff. They are very student oriented and are very willing to go the extra mile. I stay in touch with his teachers and I'm always impressed with their enthusiasm about the kid's success. The facilities are outstanding. Where else can you find such technology in a middle school and a laptop program as well? My son is very content and is looking forward to being an 8th grader here."

"Great school. This is our second year here. Some class sizes are a little too large, and school is overly oriented on finances rather than education (i.e. lost money from state when kids are absent.) District is in financial crisis, having to cut $880,000 over the next two years. Community is family oriented. Overall it is a nice place to live and send your kids to school."
