"Students lack school spirit. While many do participate in clubs, many don't have a "my school is better than your school" mentality (while athletics at most high schools are a big deal, its not here). But as a community, we are all very close and its a great student environment."

"Classes are assigned to students, and are done in a way so every student meets college requirements and usually results in a manageable work load. The humanities classes (history, grography, english, language) are far superior to the math and some of the science classes, mainly because the teachers are more solid."

"The classes that I have taken at High Tech are all very different, but I do take in a lot of new skills from each of them. If there is anything I am sure I've learned at High Tech High, is to make a good quality project while working with others. This breaks down to many categories, some of the most prominent are problem solving and communication. These are now some of my strongest qualities while in a working environment. I would not trade these experiences for ones that might not be as striking. At some level I have always enjoyed every project I have done. From comic book making to business creation, there is often one thing in every project I learn or have the most fun doing."

"While I do miss aspects that a traditional high school would offer, I have grown more at this school than i could've anywhere else. The unique experiences and oppurtunities I've had have prepared me for more than just college, but the world after."
