"I agree with pretty much what everyone is saying. Bal is a great school and everyone seems to accept each other. The teachers are great and you actually learn stuff in a fun way. I love this school and I'm so glad I picked it as my first choice."

"i love BAL. i cannot imagine going to any other school in sf. bal is very friendly and all the other students are friendly and helpful. there are great teachers. bal comes together and we have the best spirit!"

"Balboa is so diverse and welcoming. It's not segregated at all and the classes are awesome. The teachers support you no matter what and help is always granted when needed. It's really easy to make friends at Bal and the club/organizations/sports really bring out our school spirit and pride. ALL ABOUT THAT BUC PRIDE!"
