"My child attended McKinley because of some special needs she has. It is located in a very low income area and it is required all students wear uniforms. Almost the entire population of this school is mexican and free lunches are made available for struggling parents. There is a program in place to teach english to spanish speaking students. Every morning the parents gather around the front of the office building after dropping off their kids and there isn't enough parking."
