"My child will soon complete his fourth year at Washington Christian Academy . Overall it has been a positive experience for him. His classes are challenging but not impossible. The teachers are willing to help a student that is struggling. The students seem to be a good group of kids. The communication between parents and the school is good. The Dean of Students has been an excellent addition to the school. He has instituted a house system in the Middle and Upper School. Each grading period they have a House Festival Day where the houses play games and compete againt each other.Several times during the school year the school collects food and supplies for an Olney food pantry and a shelter in Rockville. The school practices the Christian values that we would like to instill in our son."

"The high school's strict disciplinary policies makes the environment intolerable for children that have personalities. The school has potential but they need to allow the teenagers to be teenagers. If your high school student has an introverted personality, this school is a good choice. If your child is an extrovert, keep looking. The Dean of Students will key in on your extroverted child and make your child's school life miserable. Not a balanced atmosphere at the school, they haven't gotten the message that being a Christian does not equal a somber existence. Much like a 1960s Catholic School without nuns with rulers."

"WCA is a genuine christian school. The administration is very pleasant to work with. My children are currently in their 3rd year there and are challenged academically and are growing spiritually."

"We love WCA. Our children have been attending for 5 years now and it has been a good experience for all. The teachers have been able to challenge our students academically, socially, and spiritually all while coming alongside them and all their differing needs. The message is consistent from the staff to the faculty - and the mission of the school is walked out with integrity. The leadership are truly role models for our kids - and we believe they will be more than adequately prepared for college and life with all that has been invested in them. That is what we want for our children in seeking a Christian education. There is simply no other school in our area that offers this and does it as well as Washington Christian does."

"Our daughter is entering her third year at WCA and we couldn't be happier. The faculty, staff, families and entire school environment is a positive, strong Christian and educationally challenging place for our child to learn, thrive and grow! The school duplicates the values our daughter learns and lives with at home! The new campus is wonderful too! We highly recommend Washington Christian Academy!"
