"S.E.S has been very welcoming to my children after moving here from California. We have been here two years now,and my kids are thriving.I love the teachers and the friendly staff. My kids have never been happier!Very good communucation, and exactly why I moved to a small town!"

"'This school has been a big disappointment. It is probably fine for most kids, but our fifth grader needs accelerated learning opportunities which have not been available. It took numerous meetings with teachers and the principal to request a gifted and talented curriculum. The end result was that the teacher resisted these requests and the principle deferred the accelerated teaching to a computer program. Also disappointing was the lack of respect that the teachers have for a gifted child. I found only minimal parental involvement and in fact feel that the parents input is not welcomed on this campus. I can recommend it only in contrast to Bastrop schools.'"
