"This school has severely declined since my first daughter attended 7 years ago.The staff are just "phoning it in" at this point. They are overwhelmed with disciplinary actions and are unable to educate those that are there for an education and not for babysitting. I expect to see further decline from this school. The few talented staff are frustrated and looking for other jobs. Need I say more?"

"My Grandson attended a christian school from age two through sixth grade. He is currently in seventh grade. I was convinced public schools were a complete waste of time and a child could not and would not received a quality education. He is in his first year at Parker and is excelling as usual. I'm impressed with the qulity of education he is still receiving. Park seems to strive for excellence and passes the message on to it's students. This was one of the best moves my daughter-in-law ever made. Sandra Bynum-Holmes"

"Parker Junior High School (PJHS) Is the best! We have school dances to meet new people and to help our verbal skills, we have team meetings to ensure that all students and staff members are happy with the learning criteria, and, we have plenty of after school activities for children to participate in. For Example, There are inter-murals, Band, Orchestra, and Poetry Club! The teachers are Fantastic. The deans are especially nice because they help to resolve school problems and they listen to what people have to say without interfering! I am In 6th grade... so, This is my first year at Parker. Parker consists of 3 grades; 6th, 7th, and 8th. Then you either move to Homewood Flossmoor (HF), or, Bloom Trail. (Unless you move away.) Everyone is excepted at Parker and no one is left behind!"

"Parker is PHENOMINAL. The teachers, the quality of education, and also the discipline is..alot at times but it's all for a reason."

"My fourth child is at Parker this year and I can't say enough about the quality of her education. The teachers care and are always willing to give extra help if needed. I feel that the district truly prepares them for H-F's rigorous curriculum. Very satisfied!"
