    "We can't say enough about RCES! We moved from California and we're thrilled by the warm welcome that we received from the teaching staff and from the Administration. In CA everything was about attendance and test scores--without high rates in both areas, the schools wouldn't get the budgets that they wanted. When we moved here, we were so pleased that the importance was placed on the kids and having fun while learning, not on the budget. We highly recommend RCES!!"
