"The staff does 'whatever it takes' to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of our students at Tillman. It is an awesome place for children to learn and grown and be treated as wonderful human beings."

"My husband went to Tillman and we enrolled our son there after he finished first grade at a local private school. We were concerned about the switch but his teacher made it nearly effortless for him, and now he is in his third year there. I love that the teachers loop with classes (my son had the same teacher for 2nd & 3rd and will have the same for 4th & 5th). It allows for such a good relationship and shortens the 'getting to know you' time substantially. The principal, BR, cares tremendously about the kids and is always available for parents (even responds to emails I send him). The kids LOVE him, and it's not like when I was a kid and everyone was afraid of the principal. My son has done extremely well and made great friends. It is a large school but truly feels like a community."

"School isn't structured like the old days, but kids seem to figure everything out and our experience with the principal and teachers has been nothing short of fantastic. We'll have three kids through Tillman in a few years and the time has been wonderful. Keep it up! If I were allowed to change one thing, I'd decrease the field trips and parties (way too many parties) and keep the kids learning more."
