"My children have been here for 3 years and we have been more than happy with their education. The teachers really care for their students and want them to succeed. That is what makes a difference for them. I would definitely recommend this school to others."

"Not a good school. Over crowded, large class size, low expectations of students. We went here, and then pulled our kids. Parents had no clue and didn't care how poorly their kids were performing. Don't care about high achieving kids either. It's been overcrowded and poor reputation since it opened. Very disappointing."

"My kids are in their second year at this school and thus far the teachers have been amazing. The downsides? Overcrowding in class rooms with 30 plus kids."

"The other 2 star reviewer nailed it on the head. Teachers are hit and miss and there isn't enough communication between the educators and parents. Put quite simply, I am sorry to say I am disappointed and it wasn't what I was expecting for my child. Really wished I would have looked into charter schools more carefully. PTA does a lot of good things, but that is simply not enough."

"I think Hunter is a very good school. i have been impressed by the teachers and their willingness to go the second mile. I am pleased with the administration and very pleased with the extracurricular specialist ie: Music, Lunch workers and PE"
