"The teachers are grata and really try their best to help each and every student with everything they need. in my experience my favorite teachers have been in the science and social studies departments as they were the most helpful and personable. Depending on what level of classes you take, it can be difficult to find time to do all of your school work as well as participate in sports but it is definitely possible and those that really try find that they can do it with a little bit extra effort. The guidance counselors are quite helpful, however, the wait it takes to actually get into their office to speak to them is sometimes ridiculous. You generally get accepted into the classes that you request to take and there is a huge variety, students are not pushed down the same path, there is a ton of different options. The most popular electives are Anatomy, all of the cooking classes, ceramics/art, and digital animation. There is a huge emphasis on taking cole predatory classes so most students do that as well as AP classes offered in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, History, and Math. The ladies in the office are people you have to look out for. Often they are rude and lack the basic decency to help you without the rude and sarcastic remarks that are made. It is difficult to get in direct contact with the principals due to the fact that the office secretaries are often unapproachable and eager to start arguments over unimportant things."

"Parents of the students that attend Stroudsburg are the most helpful and genuinely good people you could meet and I am glad that so many of them support all students, not just their own, in all of their activities. The sporting booster clubs are amazing and they go out of their way for every student athlete by creating great fundraisers and such to raise money to buy things like equipment and uniforms, as well as feeding the students on game days. I have to say that the Football Mom's booster club and the Varsity S programs go over and beyond for all their students and coaches and it is such a heartwarming thing to be witness to."

"The teachers challenge the students and at times go above and beyond the call of duty. My children have had some outstanding teachers."
