"My daughter is in Kindergarten at colony bend elementary, and she loves it everyday when I drop her off she walks in happy! The teachers are really good with the kids, and everything is clean and organized! My daughter is learning alot and she is always excited about what she is learning! She likes her teacher and feels comfortable with her! When school started in august my daughter cried for a couple weeks and they were so good with her they were very sweet, patient and caring! One of my friends daughter is in kindergarten there too, and she is happy there too! Good School for sure!"

"I have 2 kids (1st grade and 3rd grade ) in this school. They enjoy their classes. The teachers are wonderful. But there are too many cockroaches and spiders in school.I really hope school can have after school activities for students"

"We have really enjoyed the school. This is our first year in Sugar Land and we have kids in the 3rd and 1st grade who have really flourished. Their teachers were really on top of their learning styles and their individual personalities. The principal has been really good at communicating information to parents. The PTA seems really involved. I really enjoy the ethnic diversity and feel my children have benefited positively."

"The school does not provide any advanced curriculum for above average students. There are no after school activities for students. They do not teach how to use musical instruments until 4th grade. I was not happy with the security of the kids during dismissal."

"The very best elementary school in the district! Top quality teachers, with total concern and care for the success of your child. Hats off to the Special Ed. Dept.& those teachers with this background that teach 'regular' classes-what a blessing they all are. If you want your child to grow, develop and feel success, send them to CBE!"
