"Though I'm sure that there are worse places to be, I was very dissatisfied with the way this school is run. My child did ok in class but when it was time to promote him up I was told that he should repeat his grade. I've learned that the schools actually have a high retention rate in order to inflate their test scores. I'll be careful of choosing the next school solely on published testing scores."

"Rancho Elementary school is a great solid school for any child to attend. The teachers, staff and principal are always supportive of the students. In addition, parental involvmenet is encourage and respected. The teachers do a really wonderful job with each child. The only issue I see is that children with special needs are not really provided with everything they need-but that is district wide not just at Rancho. For those who require their teachers to dressdifferently-they are working with children and although its important to dress in a respectable manner, they do. Lastly, its a safe school and you can rest assure they know who is coming and going."

"Rancho has a great Principal and wonderful teachers. The parental envolvement is great! The buildings themselves are older and the technology is only fair. The teachers really seem to care and enjoy their jobs. The special education is excellent!!!"

"Teachers are great and very dedicated. Parent involvement is high as compared to other schools in the area."

"How can the students take these teachers seriously or even have respect for their aptitude when the teachers dress like they are painting the house, working in the garden or going to the gym. I think the principal has lost control of the dress code."
