"Grover Cleveland is an average high school when it comes to education. I think the city can do more to be involved with the quality of teachers it hires plus the school lacks funding."

"Grover Cleveland can provide amazing opportunities for students. The school is a safe place for all students. Since the school requires students to go through metal detectors before entering, everyone feels safer and can be assured that they will not be assaulted with any weapons. When I was attending GC I was enrolled in the math and science program. The school offers many advanced classes and AP courses for students who qualify. Personally, I benefit from all these courses and with the help of D. Scarola (Principal) and Iris Rosario (Guidance counselor) I was able to graduate in 3 years and was accepted to numerous universities. D. Scarola is an amazing principal who does everything in his power to make GC the best it can be. He is an amazing person who has helped me numerous times. I am thankful for everything he has done for me and GC."
