"My 2 childern have repeatedly voiced cocern about this schools teachers being less than attentive to their academic needs. My daughters math teacher in the 10th grade level seems to dislike her and even goes as far as to 'walk right by her ' when handing out class assignments... Signed, concerned parent"

"This school is great. Despite all the rumors about the school I think the kids get a very good education!"

"This school has a myriad of problems. A lack of discipline, monitors and teachers who frankly don't care, inadequate preparation for college, etc. The leadership is lacking in this school, the organizational culture needs to change, and students need to be given the tools to move ahead, beyond the gates of Troy."

"My child loves the teachers at Troy High School. We appreciate the advanced placement courses and the many elective offerings. The athletic director and coaches are fantastic. We are not a wealthy district so we struggle with many typical issues but the parents and staff demonstrate tremendous commitment to making the school a great place to learn. The extra effort is not lost on the students, it teaches them to be involved in their communities. Major interior renovation is happening this summer. There are enhacement programs for all types of students. If families do not take advantage of all the educational and social resources at Troy High they are missing out."
