"Under the leadership of the principal, this excellent staff provides an educational experience that easily equals and surpasses many of the private school options in this area. When comparing the demographics to other similar schools, it is evident that this is a very strong school. Adding the Primary Years Programme from International Baccalaureate has only enhanced this wonderful treasure."

"My child has been a student at Woods Elementary for a little over 2 years now and I've never been more pleased. He is a third grader this year and his teacher is incredible. This is her first year teaching at Woods but the teachers that he had in the past have been teaching there since I was a child in elementary and they are just amazingly knowledgeable people. In addition, the principal is unlike any I've ever known. She is so nice and caring and I don't think that there is a child or parent whose name she doesn't know. The atmosphere is so refreshing and I am proud to know that my child is surrounded by such great people."

"Both of my children were students at Andy Woods and we loved their experience there. It is a wonderful place with great teachers. Good mix of kids from different backgrounds which is a realistic example of society. You won't be disappointed!"

"Andy Woods is the best school in TISD! The staff is willing to help each child at whatever level is necessary to allow them to reach their full potential. I wouldn't have my child anywhere else!"
