"As a current freshman, so far my teachers are academically great. They are very knowledgeable and help me whenever I ask. My teachers always ask if I need help and always inform us that we can get help after school or lunch if you want. Not only that, but we also get the chance to get tutoring for subjects such as math. The best thing is that we also can get help from students older than us ( juniors & seniors) that have been where we have and can help us when we need it the most. The notes our teachers prepare for me help me a lot especially when I have a test or something, it helps me study a lot. The teachers and their help, helps me a lot and encourages me to aim for that A which I know I deserve."

"Many teachers are amazing, but most of those are the teachers that teach Honors/AP classes. Regular students may often find themselves at a disadvantage as though teachers in that area are not as supportive or helpful, and end up learning less than higher level students."

"The experience at this school has been alright. My councilor has been alright but not very helpful. I wouldn't choose this high school because in my perspective, I think the current seniors aren't prepared for college one bit. For instance, I was talking to this one senior, and I asked her what her major is going to be in college, the senior said, " I don't know yet but I still have 3 years to decide that because the first 3 years of college, you just get your general education." Then, I asked her, "Oh, so what college you want to apply to?" The senior said, "I don't know yet." That was jaw dropping to me because being a senior and not even knowing that,I think that person is clearly unprepared for its plans in the future. I definitely don't want to decide last minute what college I want to attend and not know what to do after graduating high school. Due to what I've been seeing/hearing, I have made a decision to transfer to a charter school so I can be prepared for college and what's ahead pf me."
