"I am an eighth grader at Granville, and I love it. To whoever said it's hard being a new kid- yes it is, but it's hard anywhere. I was new here and made friends. The classes are great and so are most of the teachers."

"If you want you kids to be smart and learn then send them here. I go to school at GMS, so I would know more than the parents what it's like here. If you want your children to have fun and make friends, then don't send them here. New kid's are NOT accepted. People in Granville can be really mean if you are not 'perfect.' Teachers give you a lot of homework. (about 1 hr a night) So what's more important? Having your children be smart, or your children having a good time? You decide."

"I am a seventh grader and it is fine here. A bunch of kids are super snobby, so not the best, but the teachers do teach! i disagree with whoever said it's horrible. I just think the teachers just give way too much homework!"

"GMS is a great school. We moved away for a while, and I couldn't wait to get my kids back to the smaller class size, the higher educational standards, and the many wonderful extracurricular opportunities (sports and clubs) that are available to the kids in this smaller school. The teachers work very hard to help the kids feel and be successful. My daughter loves GMS very much. We'll miss it next year when she goes to Granville High."

"This is a great school to attend, as well as each of the other Granville schools. The teaching is great, and I wish my 3 children can experience this kind of fun throughout their school journeys, even when they leave Granville. This is a great school to consider. There are also tons of clubs and other after school activities for the children to be involed in , and that is great. The discipline in this school relys on a merit and demerit system, which works well. Parent involement in the school is great, due to the wonderful PTA that Granville Middle School has. This is also a great school to attend if you are interested in music, as the Granville choirs, bands, and orchestras as well known in the area to be very good. Please consider! Thanks!"
