"We started at UES when my oldest son was in 2nd grade and my 2nd son in Kindergarten. We have been there for 2 years and we love it! When we first moved to Urbana I was disappointed that our home wasn't in Centerville Elem.'s area, because it is new and Urbana is very old and badly needs renovations. But we had LOVED UES in spite of it's appearance. I have found it much easier to get involved as a volunteer than in previous schools. My son loved his experience in the history bee that they hosted a club for. My boys have both been well challenged in their strengths. I've really liked all the teachers they've had. They PTA and staff host wonderful events to make you connected to the school. We really feel like the quality of education and the feeling of community cannot be beaten."

"Wonderful school, the teaching and administration is top notch. Could not ask for a better school for my child to be receiving her elementary education."
