"I am a student at JJHS and I do believe that it is the best school in West Virginia. The teachers are very kind, know what they are doing, and are there for students who need someone to talk to. They are also very fair when it comes to homework. As for students, most are really good. There are very few fights suring the school year. The fights that do occur are caused by the same people every time. I beleive they have a great way of dealing witht the troublemakers They have an excellent choir, band, academic and sports teams, and faculty. They also make sure that everyone knows what to do during emercencies. It is a superior."

"I believe Jackson Jr High School to be one of the best all around, until I learned of there IEP program is not for children with ADHD. There are ove 70 kids with this at JJHS and no program for them I hope the Board of Education has plans to help these kids in the near future. Instead of them falling throug the cracks D Poling"

"The staff and students at JJHS truly believe that it's the best Junior High/Middle School in West Virginia, and test results and other evaluations seem to agree. The building itself is showing its age, but the quality of education more than makes up for any deficiencies in the facilities."
